30-Day Free Returns
To start a return, email customer@bunnyjik.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a prepaid return label and next steps.
If you're not completely satisfied with your Bunnyjik products, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
- Email customer@bunnyjik.co.uk with your order number — or sign in to your account and open your order to request a return.
- Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Pack the items securely and drop the parcel off.
- When we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method, typically within 5 business days.
Conditions
- For hygiene and safety, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Return shipping is free — we provide the prepaid label.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
