We want you to love how Bunnyjik feels. If something isn’t right, you may return eligible items within 45 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Free, prepaid returns
Returns are on us. When you start a return we’ll email you a prepaid return label — you won’t pay return shipping.
Hygiene & condition
Because our products are baby bedding and intimate textiles, returns are accepted only on items that are unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that have been washed or used can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, except where faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you — a free replacement or full refund including any shipping paid. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
How to start a return
Email returns@bunnyjik.com with your order number. We’ll reply with instructions and a prepaid return label. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to receive and inspect your return.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you and process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional days to post it.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, final-sale items, and used or washed products (except where faulty) are non-returnable.
