We want you to love how Bunnyjik feels — and fabric weight is something you judge with your hands, not from a photograph. So we ask you to use the product properly before you decide.
The 60-Night Wash & Feel Guarantee
You have 60 nights from delivery to change your mind about any Bunnyjik sheet, cover, towel or burp cloth bought on bunnyjik.com. Put it on the mattress, sleep the baby on it, and wash it. If it is not right for you, send it back for a full refund to your original payment method.
Washed and used items are returnable within the 60-night window. That is the point of the guarantee, and using or laundering the item does not void it. You do not need the original packaging, and you do not need the tags.
Free, prepaid returns
Returns are on us. When you start a return we will email you a prepaid return label — you will not pay return shipping.
What is not covered
- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.
- Items that have been deliberately damaged, cut, dyed or otherwise altered.
- Gift cards and items sold as final sale, which are marked as such at the point of purchase.
Returned items that have been used or washed are not resold as new.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you — a free replacement or a full refund including any shipping you paid. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out. This is separate from the 60-night guarantee and does not use it up.
How to start a return
Email returns@bunnyjik.com with your order number. We will reply with instructions and a prepaid return label. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to receive and process your return once it reaches us.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return we will email you and process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post it to your account.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
