Products & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. Product colors and images are as accurate as possible but may vary by screen.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll issue a full refund.

Certifications & claims

Our products are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, independently certified by Control Union. Certification details are available on request. We make no claims beyond what our certification supports.

Returns & shipping

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, logos and designs — is owned by Bunnyjik and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunnyjik is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
