Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all US orders — there’s no separate delivery charge at checkout.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days from dispatch, shipped from our US fulfillment center. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Order tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping-confirmation email. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, contact support@bunnyjik.com.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address; contact us immediately if you spot an error.

Lost or delayed packages

If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.
